The 3SB3 control devices with AS-Interface have full communications capability. They can be connected to the AS-Interface networking system over the integrated AS-Interface module 4I/4O with a minimum of wiring. The illuminated control points are powered over the AS-Interface cable. The single connection of command devices is also possible over a special AS-Interface slave with separate auxiliary voltage. This permits connection of max. 28 NO contacts and 7 message outputs.
The 3SB4 offers a man-machine interface as a complete operating system with AS-Interface connection.
