This variant offers the possibility for external supply of the inputs and is available with 4 inputs and 4 in-/oututs. So it is ideally suited for applications where many sensors with increased power requirements should be connected to AS-Interface. Certainly the well known advantages of the G12 line are also supported:
One-part housing conept without parts which can be lost. Installation without tools with stainless steel locking system. "Click effect" indicates correct mounting. Fast connection of the plugs by means of SPEEDCON M12. Identical stainless steel base for all versions enable easy exchange of upper part. Channel-specific display in case of overload / short circuit by means of LED directly on the M12 port facilitates troubleshooting. Adjustment to different flat cable systems by revolving insert is possible. Insulation penetration technique with gold-covered and completely wrapped round pins ensures safe connection throughout the lifetime. Integrated DIN rail installation. Address socket can be operated without tools.
