diagnostic functions of the AS-Interface master and gateways.
It consists of a line analyser, diagnostic software for the line analyser and a SUB-D9
data cable.
This diagnostic tool allows accurate analysis of the operation of new or existing
(previously installed) AS-Interface lines.
It enhances the capabilities of the line master:
• by increasing the capacity for reception of messages transmitted to the hosts,
• by locating errors that have occurred on the AS-Interface line.
The interoperability of the AS-Interface line analyser allows it to be integrated into
AS-Interface lines equipped with components supplied by other manufacturers.
