To the benefit of the open System, many companies can offer safety at work components. The product range includes:

• Safety monitor, with one or two channel enable circuit
• Safety module for connection of standard sensors
• Emergency off switch for direct connection
• Position switch for direct connection
• Light barrier for direct connection
• Light grid and curtain for direct connection
• Screen door with locking

The software is used to configure single and two channel safety monitors with standard PCs using Windows 95798/NT. The communication between Safety monitor and configuration software goes via serial RS232 Interface. Configuration data can be stored in record carrier. The configuration of the Safety system is done very quick and easy by drag and drop.

The software ensures:

• Assignment of the slaves to the output switching elements
• Operating modes can be set:
  • Modus 1:
    Stop category 0 + 0
  • Modus 2:
    Stop category 0 + 1
  • Modus 3:
    Stop category 0 + two-hand operation
  • Modus 4:
    Stop category 0 + door latching
• Downloading of the processed data with.password protection
• Protection against manipulation of the .configuration data
• Log of the configuration
• In the case of error, monitoring of the system status
